This is a year-long project whereby I will be designing, constructing and posting a new paper toy from a basic template each day for one year. So there'll be 365 toys at the end of the 365th day.
Since this is a personal project started out of love, I will not be selling the toys (in case anyone asks). However, depending on how things go, I might auction off the complete collection at the end of the project, with the proceeds going to charity.

This is a great project! You should consider providing PDFs of the toys so others can download and make them as well! Best of luck on your year!

Good luck, Joe. I've watched as the skullmeister (of the above comment) made it through his year of skull making. It's going to be some year for you. I will watch with interest.
Thanks Noah. Skull-A-Day has been such a great inspiration for me! Yes, I am figuring it out how I could provide links to the PDF files for others to download.
Joe
Thanks for watching, mim. I hope I can make it through the year!

Thanks Pablo!
as a papercraft fan, I must admit this is a very intresting and funny idea! very intriguing... it's a lot of work for one year indeed!
for the pdfs (that would very much appreciated) I think that you may use a google service as a repository (something like web creator, I don't remember the name, you can upload files there and then post the link here)
if you want a suggestion for a subject, you should end this year with a papercraft with your face :)
go on!

bmoa,
Thanks for your help! I will look into it.
I don't think I will want to make a toy of myself. I am not a famous person! But I might make the next president of the United States once the election is over, whoever that may turn out to be!
joe,
the name of the service is Google Sites (http://sites.google.com/) - it looks like an "advanced blog" space - there you have 100MB of free space where you can upload your files... and I suppose they'll stay there with no time limit or other strange conditions (don't know if mediafire has some restrictions). You might also create a few pages with the pictures of your models and the actual PDF downloadable with a link...
About a last papercraft with your look... maybe you're not famous, but if someone visits your blog, then he/she would appreciate your work and yourself. Maybe a model with the face you use in your profile would be enough :)
bye
Dear Joe, Thank you SO MUCH for generously sharing your downloads for paper toys. I use them as incentives for my 4th and 5th graders, and also with my Spanish classes. My students have fun making the various characters speak to each other in Spanish. What do you consider the best kind of paper to use? sjackson
Joe, thanks for making these available to the public. Your work is creative and I love it! Thanks again!!
Great! Thanks for sharing your talent with the world :-)
